Went to see New Moon on opening night at a 12:30 showing. Bought tickets two weeks in advance. Stood in line for 1 1/2 hours. The volume didn't work and several people left the theatre to make the staff aware of the problem. At first we were told they would re-start the movie. Then we were told there was nothing they could do. 25 minutes played in silence. 95% of the theatre left after receiving vouchers to see another movie. They could not give us a time for Friday as it was all sold out. There was no trying to diffuse the situation they just gave us a ticket which is something I had already purchased. Another theatre had the same problem. What a waste of my time.
