My wife and I went to the. Theater on Saturday to see ""Saving Mr. Banks"". My wife is confined to a wheelchair. The theater we were directed to had no space for a wheelchair and companion. We were told to have her sit in the aisle which had a steep slope towards the front. We decided to sit at the rear on the flat area, I had to explain to them that I wanted to sit next to my wife and needed a folding chair. Later my wife needed to use the restroom. We were told that there was no family restroom. We decided to go home and wait to see this film another time at a theater that is more handicapped friendly. \r more

Went to see the new Narnia movie. This is not a new movie theater so don't expect to be impressed by it. It has a small refreshment stand--a little on the expensive side, but I guess that's the way the theater is able to make some money since the movie prices are somewhat low--about $7.50 for matinee. The few times I did use the refreshment stand--I found to the staff to be a little slow. I found that getting through the line to pay for the movie was ok. No real delays as far as I'm concerned. The seating area was ok, but you could tell it needed some serious updates. The sound system was pretty good-maybe a little too loud. Few annoying items included people who didn't turn off their cellphones. They were actually texting while the movie was in progress. Even people talking loudly. I'll never understand why people can't allow others to enjoy a movie. more

Went to see New Moon on opening night at a 12:30 showing. Bought tickets two weeks in advance. Stood in line for 1 1/2 hours. The volume didn't work and several people left the theatre to make the staff aware of the problem. At first we were told they would re-start the movie. Then we were told there was nothing they could do. 25 minutes played in silence. 95% of the theatre left after receiving vouchers to see another movie. They could not give us a time for Friday as it was all sold out. There was no trying to diffuse the situation they just gave us a ticket which is something I had already purchased. Another theatre had the same problem. What a waste of my time. more
