After our van was stolen (and recovered) while in Austin, we were completely at a loss as to what to do. Glen and his staff dealt with our insurance company, getting estimates for us from the other repair services involved, and even taking pictures for them! Thanks to them, the whole process of getting us back on the road was quick, and relatively painless.
