Two Day Auto Paint & Body Shop

Don't waste your time. This guy is off his rocker. Either too much LSD in the 70's or forgot to take his meds. The price quoted would be reasonable if I drove a Rolls Royce. I'm sure the quality of his work is good, but he needs to be located in Westlake to be charging prices like that. Maybe he is more versed in working with insurance companies that he can rake over the coals. I was also quoted 30 days for a paint job. If I'm not mistaken his business is called ""Two-Day Paint?"" WTF? I was born at night, but not last night! more

If you want your car repair done right take it to these guys! They are friendly, trustworthy, and fast. I've used them multiple times to repair my ford fusion and they always do a great job! Thank you Two-Day! more

Took my 2003 Mustang GT there after an uninsured driver creamed my door and rear 1/4 panel. Not only did they beat the insurance estimate but they did a fantastic job matching the paint. They also did the work in 4 days less than what my insurance company said it would take!! You would never know my car was ever hit. Great job guys!! I would recommend 2 Day Paint and Auto Body to everyone. more

I had a wreck on January 27,2010. It was a hit and run. I was hit from my drivers passenger side. The hit made my hood pop up a lil and shifted everything to my drivers side. My drivers side door would not open all the way. Windshield needed to be replaced. My front lights and bumper was destroyed. I thought they were going to total it out. So I took my car to Two-Day Body Shop and I was amazed at the work they did. My car did not look like it was ever in a wreck. I was so so happy. These Guys are blessed they have a good heart and very very helpful. They went all out of their way I work M-F 7am-4pm. When the insurance cut the check for payment I needed to take my car the Amplify credit union who I pay my car note to. Well since I was not able to take my car up there on my own. They took it up there for me. So I recommend any one to take their car to them. Great people. Good work. They used parts from the Kia place. more

I had a little fender-bender and didn't know where to take my car; all I knew was that I wanted to go somewhere locally owned and not to a big dealership shop. I came across Two Day Auto and Painting & Body Shop and I'm sure glad I did! It's family owned by Glen and Mike, who are always in the office to personally greet customers as soon as they walk in, and they're conveniently located near Airport Blvd and Oak Springs Dr (it's a big blue building, it's hard to miss!) so I could easily catch the bus home after I dropped my car off. I had the pleasure of Glen taking care of me: he was super friendly, very personable/easy to talk to, and took care of me and my car like I was an old friend. I had never been to a body shop before and so I didn't really know what to do, but he was very helpful in explaining the process; from the free estimate they do to how long it'll take to fix the damage (literally, TWO DAYS, which is great for me because who really wants to be without a car for any longer?), to payment. Everything went very smoothly and was honestly quite pleasant! If only I could give them ten stars instead of five! I'll definitely be coming back to this place for all of my auto/body needs!!! more

I had a door liner (gasket) out on my Jaguar. Rather than order a new one (very expensive), Glen, the owner, spent his time repairing my old one in his parking lot. He did it successfully and then did not even charge me. He went way out of his way for me and probably at his own disadvantage. I will recommend Two-Day and use it myself if the need arises. I have been to Two-Day Auto Painting and Body twice, and both times, I have had a wonderful experience. The owner is honest, personable, kind, and hard-working. (This October marks their 40th anniversary - it's no coincidence that they've run a successful business that long!) The most recent time I came in, I had gone to the Volvo Service Shop before and gotten a bid on a repair - $200. Just the bid took them one hour to do while I sat in the lounge. I didn't want to spend that much, so I headed over to Two-Day (which I know I should have just gone to first!). The owner popped back on the plate of my side mirror while I was standing right there - at no charge. I was in and out - with my car fixed - in 5 minutes. I have been before for a more serious repair, and that time as well - it was well-priced, done quickly, and professionally. These guys know cars, are fair, and honest. I now know not to go anywhere else - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! more

Repair estimate for damage to our 2009 Lexus ES350 was very much in line with others. Work included straightening, replacing and repainting. Complete job was done within the time stated and we were very pleased with the result. I feel very comfortable referring friends to Two Day and will definitely use them again if I am in need of their service. more

I have traded with Glen and Mike for over 25 years. They have repaired our cars from Suburbans to Lexus. These guys make getting body work done on your car a pleasant experience! They are freindly, give you fair pricing, do quality work and get it done in a timely fashion. They also handle any financial issues with the insurance company. They make me laugh!! I highly recommend them!!! more

I received a dent on my new Chrysler 300. I wanted the repairs to be done and to be back in my newly purchased vehicle. I am very pleased that Glen's body shop not only repaired my vehicle exactly how it was before, but the body shop's service is quick and friendly. I plan on returning to the very same shop for any future repairs. Oh and did I forget to mention at a very reasonable price ;) more

I crashed my husband's Cadillac front grill just a bit, to the tune of $5,000. Glen helped us out and had to order a new front grill from the dealer and do some body work. They were fast and noticed the grill was not quite the same model, and reordered and worked it out with the dealer. We received excellent service and the process was fast. You can tell that Glen and his brother have been in the business a long time and they are friendly and professional, very down to earth. I would recommend them to anyone. more

After our van was stolen (and recovered) while in Austin, we were completely at a loss as to what to do. Not only did they fix my car in a timely manner, they had a rental set up for me, and they dealt with my insurance company so I didn't have to. I have my car back looking like new! Our car was brought here for painting the hood this Wed and Mike explains the painting fees very clearly and nicely. Then less than 1 day after, Mike informed us that the painting is done. After picking our car this Friday morning, we are amazed that the hood looks like completely new. Besides the hood, they also painted the fender which is not included in the fee. Unfortunately I am a magnet for car accidents, although I drive defensively. I was first introduced to Glen and Mike a couple of years back when ""Ebony"" my Mazda protege was side swiped. These gentelmen were amazingly courteous and stood by their work. ""Ebony"" looked like new when I picked her up. Recently I was rear-ended and I thought ""Ebony"" was gonna be unfixable. Knowing Glen and Mike's past work, I confided in going back to the best, and sure enough, my Mazda is good as new again. These two men are honest and detailed about what to expect. They do wonderful work and they know what they are doing. I have recommended them in the past to friends, and recommend them to anyone else who happens to have the misfortune of an auto accident. If you want the best, go to Two-Day Auto. Enough said! Pros: They are efficient and quick. Cons: Too bad you have to get in a car accident. more

glen & mike paterson are the owners. they?re brothers & have done this their entire working lives, following their father?s footsteps. you won?t find better work and/or more honest folk anywhere in austin. i?ve been using them since approx. 1981....have been many time myself...including the 1st time after an insurance agency made me use a ?big name? place to repair hail damage. the paint on that job began washing off (!) in about 6 mos...../i got referrals from friends the next time and learned of 2-day. what a difference! 1/2 the price of the ?big name? and the paint was gorgeous and still looked good when i sold the car about 6 years later. they are amazing. everyone i?ve ever sent to them has been so pleased with the work. insurance agencies don?t have it on their ?lists? of approved sites because they view it as ?inconvenient? ...(or not upscale enough?)....it?s in east austin, but not at all out of the way.....it?s at about 12th & airport blvd. Pros: EVERYTHING. price, service, turn-around time, friendliness, knowledge. you name it! Cons: none for me. more
