My daughter and I visited this store because a friend had purchased her daughter's dress and bridesmaids' dresses here. We had to wait over 25 minutes for our ""associate"" and then were taken on a long, long, long tour of the racks. The racks were very full which made it difficult to see the dresses. This was our 3rd store so we had an idea of what we were looking for. The associate did find a dress that was a good match to my daughter's perfect dress but when we were not ""thrilled"" with some of the features, the associate argued with us and pointed out why we were wrong. I realize it was late on a Saturday but it is so much fun to argue with the person who is supposed to be helping you. Our party included a grandmother and my younger daughter. The multiple piercings and tattoos on our associate were a little scary. I know those are ""in"" but I'm not sure a wedding salon is the place for them to be so visible. I'm just speaking as a mom and from the grandmother's point of view. We fled as soon as we could. Pros: Certainly have a great deal of stock to choose from if you can get to it. Cons: Cranky staff, crowded, long sales spiel,
