Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any place that considers themselves a business. My friend and I decided to come to this store because we heard such great things about it. Guess what? We walk into the store and barely get a foot inside and we see a nice sweet little sign that says ""No strollers, no kids, no kidding... "" We drove for 2 hours to get to this store, I happened to have my 6 month old baby with me.... shame on me!? Seriously!? When we asked if it was ok if we just carried her into the store the girl actually had the nerve to say ""sorry, we don't allow children in the store, you can leave her at the edge of the tile...."" Are these people for real? Children is one thing, a baby that can't walk, talk, or even exist on it's own that's just plain stupid and really really DUMB business sense.... just be warned if you want to walk in this CRYSTAL FREAKING PALACE don't bring your baby, or even your embryos....
Guess what store owners -WOMEN shopping for dresses are likely to have small children, babies, or oh guess what a flower girl!? Just maybe they might be in the WEDDING!? I'm pretty sure all of my facebook friends that see this, and all of their friends, etc... won't be visiting your CRYSTAL PALACE... god forbid the small people step foot on our floors..... WTF!??
Pros: They have dresses...
Cons: Rudest, snootiest, absolutely ridiculous customer service
