First I will give credit for the largest assortment of beautiful gowns in Texas. BUT.... all of the oldest sales tricks in the book are used. The sales woman starts by giving you a tour and pointing out the latest (most expensive) dresses that they ""just got in."" When you start to try on the gowns (she will be in the room with you so dont be shy!), the sales woman will make sure the most expensive dress is the one you try on first, so that the others will not measure up. While she is in the room with you, she will check out your ring and ask you what you and your fiance do for a living (hmmm, wonder why?) Then, when she realizes that you want to go with the dress that cost the least and may even be from the forbidden ""sale"" section, the service will dwindle to her leaving you completely alone! YES, you read right, once you decide on a less expensive dress she will pass you on to another person that will rush you to the register for payment. To further chip at your dignity, if you do not want to buy the $400 veil and $400 head piece and $200 petti coat, they will not even thank you or congratulate you on finding your gown. Oh, and as a partying gift, they will place your gown in their pink garmet bag and then tell you it cost $12, unless you want them to take it out and place it in a clear dry cleaning bag. YES, $12 for a garmet bag after you just spent thousands of dollars on your dream gown. Oh, and NO NOT get your dress altered there. They charge double what a seamstress charges and take twice as long. Since you have to order every dress and pay so many hiden fees to do so, I would buy a dress from their discontinued section, ask for a 25% discount and then take it to a local seamstress for alteration. My advice, when shopping there, buyer beware and do not be afraid to say NO THANK YOU>

Cons: Over priced, service, cramped (low ceilings, small fitting room), hidden costs
