Review content:
We were a party of 12 that went to have family dinner at the thai restaurant in Hicksville. We ordered the soups as appetizer...they messed up the the simplest order. Our waitress said to let the manager know...the manager took her sweet time to come over and was rude from the beginning. Not only did she raise her voice while speaking to us ( to let other patrons know her business I guess), she tried to speak down to us. We didn't bother ordering the entree, but asked for the bill. Maybe she was having a bad day and decided to take it out on us...when we made a simple request to fix our order. I don't know how she became manager of a restaurant. Its Customer Service 101 to try and find a solution to any situation, and try to accommodate clients that are GIVING Your restaurant BUSINESS!! Apparently she was not aware. So maybe its not her fault thats she's ignorant. Pros: NOTHING Cons: Rude, inconsiderate, have no clue what customer service means
