Review content:
I went to Newport Tan and Salon in Menifee, CA to buy a gift card as a present. The lady at the counter had to get a manager or supervisor to sell the gift card and she had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She made me feel as if I was a burden when I was there to spend my money, like she couldn't wait to give me my gift card so I could get out of there. I gave her the benefit of the doubt bc everyone is entitled to a bad day, bc I was actually curious to sign up then and there for a tanning membership and she was beyond rude. I wanted to know about any promotions they had and she was very short and not thorough. I asked about the different beds and it was pretty clear she wanted me to go. I even tried to ask the lady who origianlly greeted me, but the SUPERVISOR continued to answer with a bad attitude and stare at her computer when she spoke to me. I was so confused by had badly I was treated for asking legitamate questions I stood there thinking of what to do or say while looking at the different packages and she said something along the lines of ""Are you going to sign up or not?"" I still do not have a tanning member ship, but I would rather be pasty pale than to ever have to deal with the wicked witch of the west again.
