I have went in a few times to check their prices,which may i mention are way too high! None of the girls that work there are polite or welcoming! And one of the times I came in and there was no one in line i walked up to the desk and one of the girls was texting and said ""hold on a second!""...very rude! I did the mystic tan there once and have never been so orange in my life! very bad experience!! Dream tan is not very far! its off canyon hills and newport and I love the salon! everyone is very friendly and the salon is much nicer and their prices are much more reasonable! more

I have been tanning there off and on for as long as it's been open! Honestly, the older lady that works there has the customer service of a pissed off rattlesnake! However the young girls have always been very helpful and friendly! more

I have been going to this tanning salon for a very long time. I have noticed a great change in the up keep of the beds. Room 2 which is level 3 has had face tanning lights out for a very long time. Now there are four bulbs out on top plus the face tanner. Have told them many times about this, no correction as of yet. Why can they not put in new bulbs? more

I went to Newport Tan and Salon in Menifee, CA to buy a gift card as a present. The lady at the counter had to get a manager or supervisor to sell the gift card and she had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She made me feel as if I was a burden when I was there to spend my money, like she couldn't wait to give me my gift card so I could get out of there. I gave her the benefit of the doubt bc everyone is entitled to a bad day, bc I was actually curious to sign up then and there for a tanning membership and she was beyond rude. I wanted to know about any promotions they had and she was very short and not thorough. I asked about the different beds and it was pretty clear she wanted me to go. I even tried to ask the lady who origianlly greeted me, but the SUPERVISOR continued to answer with a bad attitude and stare at her computer when she spoke to me. I was so confused by had badly I was treated for asking legitamate questions I stood there thinking of what to do or say while looking at the different packages and she said something along the lines of ""Are you going to sign up or not?"" I still do not have a tanning member ship, but I would rather be pasty pale than to ever have to deal with the wicked witch of the west again. more

I recently became a member and signed up for a monthly tanning plan but was not told anything about tanning (luckily I had been tanning before). I was not showed around to where anything was just given a door number and a reciept. I just feel like as a new member the front desk employee could show me the room, the bathroom, how to use the machine...etc. I have been to other tanning salons and had been given that as a new customer. This Tanning salon is really great! I went in needing a quick tan for a vacation I was going on and the staff did an excellent job helping me. They recommended which bed I should use and I was very happy with my tan. I also bought a really nice tanning lotion. I still tan there today and have never had a bad experience. more
