I have been to this spa 3x. The staff was very rude. -whispering, and giggling, I felt very intimidated and very insecure. The manicurist was below average for such a beautiful place. The manicure lasted 2 days. Her attitude was not very good and she was quite rude and snooty. The facial was ROUGH! Very displeased. Why do staff members of such a beautiful spa act like they own the spa? Very unwelcoming, very rude, and very disappointing. Don't waste your time or money. Not all its cracked up to be.
