first class spa 4/16/2011

I've been to several area salons for ""facials"", which have consisted mostly of the technician applying different lotions, and taking them off. Not so at Aestique. Nothing so far has topped my experience at Aestique. The signature facial is well worth the price - the technicians are fantastic and really know their stuff. They explain what they are doing as they go along, but are not too chatty - something I find annoying when trying to relax! The level of service is top notch and I challenge you to find a better experience for the price. I look forward to trying more of their services in the future. more

Great place for massage, facial, pedicure, etc 3/20/2011

I have been to this spa several times and have always been very pleased. It is relaxing and clean. I have had their signature massages, facials (with eyebrows done), and pedicures multiple times. My only complaint is that there isn't a jacuzzi, sauna or pool to relax in before or after. more

Fractional Laser Therapy 2/7/2011

I highly recommend Aestique for fractuional laser therapy. My 15-year old daughter is undergoing these treeatments on her forehead to help heal acne scars. Although no one can guarantee results from such therapy, she's been responding even better than predicted. From my initial call through the free consultation and the actual treatments, every single person I've interacted with has been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The setting in the historic mansion is fantastic as well. more

Best Birthday Experience Ever! 9/13/2010

I am writing about the my experience at Aestique Spa in Greensburg, PA. My husband and girls got me a gift card for my birthday for a massage and facial. This was my first time at the spa and it was a wonderful experience. I feel every woman in America should experience this spa day at least once. The staff at Aestique were wonderful. They were very welcoming and quickly had a drink waiting for me and away I went for great relaxation. I recommend Aestique Spa to everyone and can't wait for my return to the spa. I already have my next appt. scheduled. Thank you to my husband and girls and also the the staff at Aestique for a great birthday! more

I'VE BEEN GOING TO THE SPA NOW FOR AT LEAST 15 YEARS, AND THE GIRLS ARE SO NICE AND UNDERSTANDING, WHEN ONE LIKE ME GETS IN A SITUATION AND NEEDS TO CANCEL, THEY ARE VERY UNDERSTANDING, AND VERY WILLING TO RE-SCHEDULE, ANY OTHER PLACE WOULD CHARGE YOU IF YOU CANCELLED AT THE LAST MINUTE, THAT ALSO GOES WHEN YOU NEED A LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENT AND MOST OF ALL THEIR FRIENDLY, THEY KNOW JUST WHAT TO TALK TO ME ABOUT, WHICH IS A GOOD THING, I ALWAYS NEED TO VENT WHEN I COME IN, SO THEY ARE THERE FOR ME ALWAYS! My experiences at the Spa have been exceptional! I have been going for 10 years to receive facials and purchase products. I look forward to my facial appointments. My friend, Susan, and I make an evening of it. It is our time to truly relax and take in the elegant surroundings while we rejuvinate. My husband can always tell when I visit Aestique! Aestique MediSpa provides both a professional and luxurious experience to it?s clients. From the drive up the winding entrance watching horses graze, to the professional staff, one can?t help but feel pampered after a visit to the Spa. Cory is an exceptional Nail Technician providing the best manicures in the county and a massage from Sandy is an excellent way to end a stressful day. Cory, the nail person, is the best! She is very knowledgeable, professional and so meticulous; so hard to find! I was an acrylic nail user for 15+ years and with her help and patience, I am a natural! Scheduled thru 2010 and as long as she is at this most beautiful facility, I am a lifer! Gorgeous setting, very therapeutic and relaxing. I've been coming here for two years for microdermabrasion, dermafiller and Botox. The drive from where I live to the other side of Greensburg is completely worth it. more

Very satisfied! 5/29/2008

I just visited the Spa at Aestique for the first time today after receiving a gift certificate this past Christmas. I was very impressed with the staff and the services I received. I had a facial and massage and both therapists were expectional. Everyone was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable at all times. It was a very fun but relaxing enviroment. I would definately recommend this spa and I will surely go back myself for services. Pros: friendly staff and quality services Cons: none that I experienced more

The Best Place to Get Pampered! 5/22/2008

I am shocked by some of these reviews. I have been coming to this spa for several years and I always receive the highest quality customer service. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly from the moment I walk in the door until I leave. I receive manicures, pedicures and facials on a regular basis and I would never think about going elsewhere. The atmosphere is serene and I always feel very pampered during my services. I highly recommend this spa to anyone who wants to receive top of the line spa services. Top Spa 1/18/2006

Having traveled the globe with my husband for his business trips, I have frequented many spas and Aestique, by far is one of the best. The atmosphere is fun but still professional and the service providers are all exceptional. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying yourself. The facility and the grounds are beautiful and serene. I would recommend this spa to anyone whether they are world traveled or trying something for the first time. I rate it a 10. I have been to this spa 3x. The staff was very rude. -whispering, and giggling, I felt very intimidated and very insecure. The manicurist was below average for such a beautiful place. The manicure lasted 2 days. Her attitude was not very good and she was quite rude and snooty. The facial was ROUGH! Very displeased. Why do staff members of such a beautiful spa act like they own the spa? Very unwelcoming, very rude, and very disappointing. Don't waste your time or money. Not all its cracked up to be.
