Sonya is rude, has no respect for her clients' time (I waited almost an hour past my scheduled time), and runs her business in the most sloppy manner I have ever experienced. I can deal with the messy salon; however, Sonya is disrespectful and unprofessional in obviously the WRONG line of business, because she has no consideration for her clients' time or feelings. She insulted me and humiliated me and didn't even have the decency to apologize to me face to face:she wrote an apology on a discount card. I will NOT be returning.
Pros: quick waxing, uses a special wax that reduces pain
Cons: rude, unprofessional, blunt and uncaring owner, sloppy place
