Sonya is rude, has no respect for her clients' time (I waited almost an hour past my scheduled time), and runs her business in the most sloppy manner I have ever experienced. I can deal with the messy salon; however, Sonya is disrespectful and unprofessional in obviously the WRONG line of business, because she has no consideration for her clients' time or feelings. She insulted me and humiliated me and didn't even have the decency to apologize to me face to face:she wrote an apology on a discount card. I will NOT be returning. Pros: quick waxing, uses a special wax that reduces pain Cons: rude, unprofessional, blunt and uncaring owner, sloppy place more

What a mess 4/18/2008

I found this place on the web and made an appt. when I got there I could not believe what a mess it was. I liked what the owner did to my hair, (also got a wax, and that room also needed a cleaning.) While in the chair getting my hair done the owner kept getting distracted and walking away I was there for what seemed like all day,but probably a good hour longer than what I needed to be. With my busy life sometimes I don't have an extra hour to sit and wait. I most likely will not be going back. The last review said something about how nice the place looks with the new partner, well either they are gone or that place was REALLY bad. There are too many places in the area that have respect for their clients and keep a clean place. more

LOVED IT 12/10/2007

I also have been going to Sonia for a long time (11) years and am impressed with the new look. She is a great lady and is the best at what she does. I also agree with the last review her business partner has done a great job fixing the place up and making it look great. I will be going back to them for a looooong time. more

I have been coming to sonia for many years now and have been more then pleased with her work. I was overly impressed on my last visit with the new look of the salon. GOOD SERVICES BAD SCHEDULING 8/24/2006

I used to be a regular here. The services are wonderful, the owner really knows what she is doing. However, I had to wait a long time for my appt. time (usually runs 30-45 minutes late if not more) and my time in the chair was much longer. A very enjoyable place, but I do not always have the time to go here. PROS: MODERATE PRICING CONS: LONG WAIT TIME more

Felt Great! 8/20/2006

I had been under a very stressful situation for weeks, so my husband decided to send me here for a massage to relieve my tension. I left there feeling wonderful! The staff there is amazing, and always made sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to get away! more
