Everything about Auto Concepts was excellent. The quality of their used truck inventory was very high: All the trucks were clean and in excellent condition, had good tires, etc.... We visited on two different occasions and the staff both times were friendly, patient, and not pushy. This is definitely a contrast to other dealerships we visited while shopping for a truck. We ended up getting a very good deal (okay, an incredible deal!) on a Ford F-350 diesel truck. It was in immaculate condition (rust free) ? top to bottom, inside and out. I am very anal when it comes to the mechanic's of a vehicle and was able to take 2 test drives (sorry just being safe than sorry). This truck drives like a dream!!! After reading some of the other reviews here, I would add that we had done our homework. We had financing lined up with our credit union, and knew what truck we wanted. I definitely recommend Auto Concepts in Joliet. Thanks guys!!!
