Review content:
I will never call this doctor's office to speak to a nurse again. I called this morning to have a script refilled. I have gone to this practice since I can remember and value my doctor there, but I can not believe a nurse was allowed to speak to a patient on the phone the way she did. The nurse, Tracy, gave me ridiculous attitude when I called this afternoon to see if my script had been called in yet. I assumed because it was a script I needed today she would have made a point to ask my doctor and call it in. Instead, when I called to politely ask the status of my script, she said in an annoyed, condescending tone, ""UGH! You JUST called me this morning! We have FORTY EIGHT HOURS to call in a script. I highly, HIGHLY doubt the doctor has even had a chance to LOOK at my note yet. OKAY? BYE!"" and hung up the phone. I am astonished and her rudeness and am considering changing my doctor of over ten years because of this experience. If you do not already attend this physician's office, I recommend finding somewhere else.
