Arrived on time. Went right to work. cleaned up my computer taking out virus, speeding up the computer and fixed my printer. Virus came back, he came back. Cleaned out the virus and installed an improved anti virus program free monthly trial. Explained what the next step would be if virus returned again. It has been almost a month. No problems. Anti virus program has been extended for a year.Member Comments: Awesome. I place a lot of emphasis on how problems that come up are resolved. Computer Medics get an A+ in my book.
