If our requests cannot be met he offers a suitable alternative and will always help out with a problem either over the phone or by e-mail. For us as a small business, it is very important to know you have support at the end of the phone. more

I dropped off my PC at 4:30 in the afternoon and was called at 9am the next morning saying it was fixed. It was hundreds less than what I expected it to cost and works awesome! more

Arrived on time. Went right to work. cleaned up my computer taking out virus, speeding up the computer and fixed my printer. Virus came back, he came back. Cleaned out the virus and installed an improved anti virus program free monthly trial. Explained what the next step would be if virus returned again. It has been almost a month. No problems. Anti virus program has been extended for a year.Member Comments: Awesome. I place a lot of emphasis on how problems that come up are resolved. Computer Medics get an A+ in my book. more

Computer Medics did a great job. I called on Thursday, they showed up that afternoon. Took my computer with them and returned it fixed the next day. That's what I call service. I was happy with the Tech Larry who came out and would recommend them to anyone. more

Recommended for anybody 5/3/2011

My dell hardrive crashed and had to be replaced. Dell sent the replacement hard drive, had these guys replace it (it's a Dell mini so it's not so easy) and they were even able to recover all the documents from the hard drive. Recommended for anybody. more
