I was recently called into Human Resources and informed that the IRS had put a levy on my wages as I owed back taxes for the past few years (despite paying all year, I still owed at the end of the year). I was handed paperwork that indicated the IRS would be garnishing 70 of my income and leaving me with basically nothing. I totally panicked and did not know what to do. I found Colonial Tax Consultants on the web and decided to email them. I received a return email from RP in a very short period of time letting me know that there was help for my situation. I called Rick and instantly started to feel better. After asking me a few questions he walked me through the process of what would happen. He was very proffesional, polite, courteous and beyond helpful. Soon, I was in touch with an attorney and he was equally as kind and helpful. The levy was lifted from my check and the attorney called my HR to confirm receipt-unbelievable service. In addition, a payment plan was set up (one that I can afford) and I can start to put this nightmare behind me. The entire process took less than 3 business days and my paycheck was not affected. I have never had such great service in my life. Rick and Joshua are the best.
