My wife recently ate at Hearthstone in Banner Elk. I usually go to Blowing Rock for my more upscale dining but have now made a new favorite. We sat by the fireplace which was very nice on a rainy night. Our server was very friendly and entertaining, I believe it was Scott.
We had the fried green tomato app. with a crawfish butter and it was so good that I almost ordered a second one but wife wouldn't let me because she wanted dessert. For our entrees I had the filet which was so tender and perfectly cooked and my wife had the Salmon which was very nicely done with a tomato relish. Then our dessert was the bread pudding which was amazing!!!
We will be back. Keep up the good work!
