Businiess name:  Bottega Fiorentina

Review content:
After a two-week vacation in Florence, my wife and I were disappointed by the lack of any food that matched the flavor and quality of what we had there. The North End has some great restaurants, but the dozen or so places we've tried are either serving the cuisine of other regions or they just don't get it right (don't get me started about the lame ""gelato""). Bottega Fiorentina (and the companion restaurant Firenze) gets it right. The emphasis is on accentuating the best possible ingredients. Simple approaches done masterfully and with friendly service. The bresaola sammich is my pick for the best sammich in the Boston area. Pastas and sauces are also unbeatable. Wish there was more seating. Pros: Best Italian Food, Fresh Ingredients, Friendly Staff Cons: Inadequate Seating, Not Enough Parking
