It is very bad living here at One 51 Place. The Manager comes off NICE at FIRST until her ABSOLUTELY CRAZY PSYCHO and EXTREMELY RUDE side rears up and shows itself. She showed that side of herself to me about two weeks after I got all moved in and settled. I was trying to discuss a few issues I had here - that others have mentioned in previous reviews you see before mine - when she let a WHOLE CAN OF CRAZY AS IT COMES loose on me. Had I known what I know now about the way One 51 Place is managed by this woman, all the special deals in the world could not have wrangled me into moving to this apartment complex. I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY 12 MONTH LEASE ENDS!!! In my opinion this is one woman Manager who has hostility and racial issues which need to be taken in hand by someone superior to her. Re-training on how to work well with others would be good idea for her superiors to order up for her. Someone higher up may possibly need to consider putting her in a position other than that of Manager. Or maybe a decision needs to be made to let her go all together if she cannot be rehabilitated. She certainly DOES NOT PLAY WELL WITH OTHERS!!!!! One day she laid out one of the really nice maintenance workers by yelling and demeaning the person openly out in front of one of the buildings. It must be really hard for people to have to work with her. The way she speaks to others is appalling. She really doesn?t seem to have any respect for her fellow workers around here, any more than she does the people who actually live here. By previous reviews I have read her mood swing tangents must be more prevalent than I actually knew of personally. I would not recommend living at One 51 Place.
