One 51 Place is surely destined to be the next desired location for section 8 housing in Alachua, FL. To many shady people, suspicious activities, increasing theft activity, broke down cars, vehicles worked on in the parking lot, hoodlums hanging out, loud foul mouth late night porch and parking lot yackers, non-resident swimming pool fence jumpers who party like they live here, and more is what you can expect when you live here. I really despise my choice to relocate here thinking I would live in luxury. For a bonus, you will get a complimentary condescending, disrespectful, uncaring staff and a moody manager! All of these things can be yours for making the choice to live here at these luxury apartments named One 51 Place in Alachua, FL.
