Review content:
The above rating wouln't let me remove the last star, but this dealer deserves to go out of business! Totally rip off the customer. Took in my 2008 Mazda CX7 back in the summer (had 61,000 miles) for a loud clicking noise when the car is first started then a rattle noise as the car warms up. At the time, the mechanic tells me it's ""normal"" and there is nothing to do about it. Then I receive a letter from Mazda stating that there is a problem with the VVT actuator (the car will demonstrate the exact problem that I have) and they will replace it free of charge if the car is under 70,000. Now, my car just turned 71,000 and they refuse to replace it under the warranty. I had the car in for this exact reason when it was UNDER 70,000 and they say it's NORMAL?! This I will be taking further and will speak to the Mazda corporation. However, just last week I took the car in because the traction light came on for no reason. They inform me that I will have to pay for the TCS to be ""reprogrammed"" and that it's not covered under my extended warranty. In Jim's exact words he states "" I can't replace every part that breaks in a car."" Hmmm, I thought that was why I got the extended warrany and, when speaking with the warranty co, they informed me that it should have been replaced if there was a problem. Now, Jim is telling me that I will have to pay the $100 deductible if the part displays the problem again! Why did I get the extended warrany and pay additional every month if the dealer is going to manipulate the system to get more $ out of me?!? I tell you to PLEASE BEWARE of this dealer! Rip offs is all they are! I will continue to take this further , but I must warn everyone and tell you to ""GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!""
