Review content:
I appologize for waiting this long to write this review. I see others have also had a bad experience. As others have mentioned, Kathy is very nice until she gets fully paid. It is like a switch. My wedding day: When I first got there, I was walking up and Kathy's husband who I first met to pay the down payment, asked me if I was a delivery person. I guess the bride shirt that my little cousin gave me the night before did not clue him in??? Yes, they invite other potential customers while you are preparing for your wedding. A little awkward but manageable. As my fiance and I were bringing in the supplies (decor) Kathy and Jan were moving the boxes under covered tables. Needless to say, we did not find the personalized dessert napkins until after the wedding. They rest we heard from our wedding party and guests after the wedding. Kathy cut in the reception line before some of our guests. She actually dipped her finger into the salad dressing and tasted it. I was fine with them eating; we had plenty of food. The problem was the event was not for them. It was for our family and friends. We were extremely embarrassed when we heard that. My husband and I left the reception and my family and the wedding party stayed to make sure everything was taken care of. They treated my parents horrible. After we paid them thousands of dollars they have the nerve to treat customers that way. They kept telling my parents that they needed to hurry but if everything was not picked up, it would come out of the deposit. You have no idea how many times you will hear ""It will come out of your deposit if you don't ...."". The best man and another groomsman was still in the room which Kathy and her family did not know. Kathy and her family were talking badly about some of our guests. They started talking about some boxes that were not even ours but since they were in the garage it would come out of our deposit. Luckily the Best Man and Groomsman took them away. (cont.)
Pros: Beautiful setting
Cons: they ruin the special day with bad service and disrespect to guests
