Review content:
Bought an Infiniti from these guys last summer. The car had trouble turning over so I took the car back to the service department since I had just bought the car to have them look at it. They told me it was the fuel pump and that they would replace it for free. When I picked up the car the service dept manager told me that he ""did some research"" on this car and that the key had to be turned 3/4 of the way for about 5 seconds to ""do a diagnostic check"" and then the car would start. Moved to Austin and took the car to the dealership to have them check it out. The dealership told me that the fuel pump needed to be replaced (this was only 6 months after Internet Auto told me they replaced the fuel pump). I told them what the service manager at Internet told me and Infiniti looked at me like I had two heads. The guys at Infiniti said that if you turn the car partially on for 5 seconds that allows the leaking fuel pump to build pressure so that the car would start without a problem. Internet Auto sales not only lied to me about replacing the fuel pump, the allowed me to drive around with a faulty fuel pump that could have failed at any time. They also sold me the car with tires that were practically bald and I had to get those all replaced once the tire shop showed me that they were cracking and were dangerous to be driving around on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!
