The manager (Chris) called my granddaughter and threatened to sue her.What kind of idiot do they have in charge?All because she left a bad review which is the truth about the place. more

Aweful, terrible, and a waste of time. The salesman was very pushy and kept trying to get me to go against what my husband wanted and make us get a more expensive vehicle. Both the salesman and the finance person were on their cell phones the entire time we were doing paper work. Before signing the papers they agreed that if anything was wrong with the vehicle they would take it back and cancel the contract. We took the vehicle we got to a shop to get it checked out and make sure nothing was wrong with it. Low and behold the oil pan is seaping oil and the front brakes were almost completely worn even though they guraunteed that the vehicle had been completely inspected and nothing was wrong with it. We took it back the next day and they said that the sale was final, but they would fix it 100 percent, but we wouldn't be able to pick it up until the evening of the next day. The salesman was a complete jackass about the whole thing. These people wasted my time and gas having to drive back and forth. We certainly learned our lesson. Never ever buy from Internet Auto Rent and Sales!!! more

I was looking for a car for my teenage daughter that was reliable and economical and our sales consultant Mike King found us a nice economical car and worked with us with her trade in and low payment and short term contract. My daughter was very excited to have a nice reliable vehicle that I did not have to worry about her from day to day. Thank you Mike see you in about a year for my new car. more

We had a unique situation where we had 2 trade-ins, high miles, and expected to get very little value for them. We met Rob, told him our specific needs. He went in the back and drove up the perfect car for what we needed! Hadn't even been detailed yet because they had just gotten in a shipment the previous day. Met Jay, he worked his magic with the numbers, and we got a great car payment at a price our budget can handle. Kevin, service, gave us a loaner car while ours was being serviced, and just treated us like royalty. It's been over 10 years since we've financed a car. We were truly skeptical. Internet did themselves proud! more

Having past credit challenges left us apprehensive, but we decided to give Internet Auto a chance, and we have to say they were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! The first contact we had was with Anna Blain she was so positive and caring and took time to listen to our needs and concerns. She made us feel confident again. Mike King was fabulous, he was right there with us to the very end which was way late in the evening, He was very understanding and made sure we were getting the car we really wanted. Thank you so much for being patient with us Mike, having two little ones with us, swapping carseats, and waiting for bottles to be made, You just dont see that, or in our experience anyway. Oh please Thank your fiance' she was awesome to take the boys while we finished paperwork. The Sales Manager was fantastic he worked our numbers where we would feel comfortable and not overburdened. Thank you for spending that time with us. The overall dedication that Anna and Mike have to their customers are one of a kind! And believe me we will be back! You both showed us respect we didnt get from the other dealership, and that in itself means everything. We love our Mazda 6 more

The service I received at Internet was amazing. You truly have an amazing staff. Especially Scot, who did all he could to help me with buying my first car. I've already suggested Internet to many of my friends and co-workers. A friend asked me where I got it and she told me Internet was the best place as another friend of ours has made multiple purchases through you. Wow. these guys are amazing, I can't believe how quick they got my deal done. I would recommend everybody to go and buy their new car here. they have a whole new management team and their General manager Dennis McDavid and sales manager Jason Cozad. are very remarkable people. they gave me the most car for the least amount of money. they work with you and talk to you about what they can do for you. if anybody had a bad experience, try them again. they are running things way different now.
