Review content:
I have two vehicles that I take to Premier Automotive Services. I think there are two parts that I see when interacting with them: their willingness and their ability to do good diagnostic work. A lot of places say they do a diagnosis, but they don't. They just do the work and leave you a bill. What I get from Premier is a diagnostic report that I can look at and judge what needs to be done and when I will do it. It's conversation that you can have with Ryan at Premier, and that's really helpfully because it allows me to plan it all out.
I have an old 1977 Cadillac Coupe de Ville, and I'm really fussy about what work is done. I found that Premier was really good at talking about the vehicle and how to tune it. It was just wonderful to have someone that knows how to tune and old engine. We put a plan in place to address my budget needs. I can't spend $1000 immediately, but they worked with me to break it down to what needs to be done now, or in three months, and so on.
I'm a senior, and that's important because a lot of seniors get take advantage of. I've worked with the seniors' programs in the city, and I don't mind referring other seniors to Premier Automotive Services. I know they won't get taken advantage of. I even recommended them to my daughters.
