I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and mentioned that I was having an issue with my new model vehicle. Ryan diagnosed the problem and recommended that I take it in for a warranty covered repair rather than having him charge me to fix it. Honesty and integrity can be hard to come by at repair shops, but it can definitely be found at Premier! more

Ryan and the Primier 8/18/2014

Ryan and the Premier 1 team are excellent. Being an ex-mechanic myself I can spot good honest service and that is what I get from Ryan and his team. Every time I can one of my cars to this team I know I am getting the whole honest story. Don't let me forget that the prices at Premier 1 are competitive with anyone in the area. If you want to feel safe with who is working on your car take it to these folks. more

I brought my Ford 8/5/2014

I brought my Ford F150 here on the recommendation of a friend. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough Ryan and all the Premier team are. They did not go looking for every little problem they could scare me into fixing. The shop was clean, the service friendly, and I was very happy with how smooth my truck ran after the servicing. They did point out a sound they were hearing from one of the rear tires, and suggested I might want to check the tire balance. The tires were under warranty so I took the truck in and had the tires rotated and balanced. That also made a huge difference in how the truck drove. I had mistakenly thought the issue with the tires had been part of the engine running rough. With Premier's help my truck is now running much better! more
