Review content:
What I really liked about Home Theatre Concepts is the fact that they were able to take a general idea I had and put it into a scalable plan. They let me know that they could take it in different directions, with the outcome for each, so it was very scalable. They kept me in the loop all along the way. There was a tight deadline, and they completed it by that deadline. It was my first time using Home Theatre Concepts. I had a couple of different small projects for them; it was basically an audio video upgrade. Everything was perfect. They definitely deliver on what they promise, and their actions back up their words. I think that they can take any type of client, either for a major home theatre or more of a hodgepodge like mine, and make the job scalable for the customer. They will do it from the customer's point of view. Rather than just saying what they thought I needed they kept in mind, and understood, my budget and what I wanted. They didn't go overboard or try to push different things on me. They were honest with the pricing and the product I was getting. There were no surprises at the end. Troy Behnke
