My boiler went out thanksgiving day I called my oil company no answer called 6 other companies not one pick up how sad they claim to be 24hr service the only one that called me back in 5 mins was hometown heating the gentleman on the phone was polite and professional told me up front how much to come out he came out fix the issue and even explain to me and my wife how oil heat works since we never had oil heat before thank you we are Happy with the service.
