I didn't know that Volt Mobile and Tech existed, now that I know, I'll definitely be using their services again. AT&T couldn't fix our phone, but they suggested Volt, so we went there and they had it fixed within an hour. That was the first problem.
When the second problem happened we took it straightaway to Volt. Apparently, my wife had applied too much pressure on the the motherboard, or glass, of her phone. They couldn't fix it but suggested since it was still under warranty to take it back to Apple. I tell you, I would have never thought of that. So, we did, but they couldn't fix it either, and diagnosed it the same as Volt did. Apple replaced the phone and my wife was happy again and if my wife's happy, then I'm happy.
Volt was great. They were quite helpful to us, treated us right and we would definitely go back again now that we know about them.
