I found this place on city search after I cracked my macbook lcd after i dropped it getting it out of my back pack. I called a few other places first but these guys were the most reasonably price and closest to me in Pacific Beach. They also had the part in stock which was a huge plus. I dropped it off before work and went when I got off and work and my macbook was cured! apple repairs can get crazy expensive so this place was a great find since they repair all mac and PC computers as well as iphones and other cell phones . more

iphone 4 fix 2/16/2012

this place is the best i broke my glass on my iphone 4 while at bubs having a couple beers the bartender told me to go around the corner they had me in and out in less then a half an hour, phone like new and dident hurt my pocket either thanks guys more

Verizon wireless droid X 4/30/2011

I had an Iphone that needed repair so I used good old google and found this Volt Mobile and Tech and what a surprise. I was very pleased to pay $50 for my 3gs iphone to get fixed since apple wanted $200. After looking at the android system and how fast it was and the features that Verizon has with them, I was convinced Verizon Wireless was the way to go. I have had my Droid X for almost a month now and I love it. They gave me a credit for my iphone when I signed up for my verizon plan and the phone ended up costing me close to nothing. Thanks so much more

great boost mobile store 4/30/2011

I have been looking for a boost mobile store in san diego for a while. I found that this location does a lot of other services like repair. I have only seen virgin mobile at best buy stores and radioshack. Volt had a lot to offer and I would suggest anyone check out their services. more

verizon wireless store 4/30/2011

I don't find too many private Verizon wireless stores. They had extensive knowledge about verizon wireless and all the cell phone carriers. I got my droid root and I could wireless tether from my verizon thunderbolt. so fast on the 4g network. more

Volt Mobile and Tech are fast and efficient. 4/6/2011

I've been to Volt Mobile and Tech three times. Each time was a different issue. They fixed each thing in a timely manner and it was very cost effective to me. They do a really excellent job there and I highly recommend them. more

Volt Mobile and Tech worked promptly, fairly and were very friendly. 4/5/2011

I didn't know that Volt Mobile and Tech existed, now that I know, I'll definitely be using their services again. AT&T couldn't fix our phone, but they suggested Volt, so we went there and they had it fixed within an hour. That was the first problem. When the second problem happened we took it straightaway to Volt. Apparently, my wife had applied too much pressure on the the motherboard, or glass, of her phone. They couldn't fix it but suggested since it was still under warranty to take it back to Apple. I tell you, I would have never thought of that. So, we did, but they couldn't fix it either, and diagnosed it the same as Volt did. Apple replaced the phone and my wife was happy again and if my wife's happy, then I'm happy. Volt was great. They were quite helpful to us, treated us right and we would definitely go back again now that we know about them. Jerry Ohlin more

They do good work. 10/7/2010

I have an iPhone, and I drop it a lot and break the screen. Every time I have gone down to Volt Mobile & Tech it is a quick fix; they are always ready to go. They do a really good job. I have used them 6 or 7 times. I don't usually give out business cards, but they do a really good job, so I have a bunch of their business cards. I hand them out all the time. I like going there. more

Nice people, reliable cell repair. 9/23/2010

Volt Mobile & Tech was fine. Everyone was really nice and helpful. One problem that I had was that my phone got lost in their system. When I went there after a week they couldn't find it at first, and I didn't get the email letting me know it was done. However, I think that was a fluke, because they seem very organized. They have an online feedback system, so that you can get in contact with them. I don't think my experience was a regular occurrence at all. They were very nice. The phone repair was fine. I had some water damage and they fixed it. I broke it again, and this time I am getting a new one, but if I ever do have another minor phone repair I'll probably use them again. more

I fixed my broken iphone 3g screen for $70. It was done really fast and my iphone looks like new. The iphone repair shops that I found just started with the iphone repair deals. I wanted to go to a trusted repair shop. Pros: good prices, fast more

Fast computer virus removal 5/25/2010

I could not use my desktop computer for anything. I looked everywhere in san diego for a computer repair shop that would be fair or even give me a san diego discount. I thought it was just a virus, but I guess my hard drive was going bad too. my computer was freezing recently a lot so maybe I should have checked it out sooner. The repair cost me $150 to clean my computer like it was new and a new hard drive that was really big. My computer is running like new now. Pros: low cost, fast, knowledable more
