I had a new HVAC system installed in July by Cogburns. They sent Matt out to check the operation of the furnace ,since the weather is changing and the furnace hasn't been operated. He showed me what he was checking and explained the safety features of the new high energy furnace. It checked out fine, however he found a freon leak on one of the copper lines to the coil. He pulled down the freon from the outside unit and went to a lot of work resoldering the joint. It was very tight work area. He recharged the system and checked the inside vent temperature. He was very thorough and conscientious in his inspection of the system. I feel great that he was able to fix a leak that I wouldn't have known about until I turned on the AC next summer.I am a new customer of Cogburns and I would recommend them to anyone.
