I pawned some jewelry after moving into a new place because I needed a few dollars. I missed picking up my jewelry by one day I called that day because I knew they close early on Saturday, no answer. I came in on Monday and was told my jewelry was already sent out for auction and the representative for the store told me to come back in 2 days he was going to try and get my things back. I came in after 2 days another representative for the store would not even let me see the person I originally spoke to, he said its too late my things were sold. I did not argue I just walked away heart broken. There is nothing I can do because the receipt said on the back they had the right to public auction my jewelry the day after the expiration date. Why did they give me the run around? I should have been told in the beginning I could not get my things back instead misleading me.
