Fabulous pawn shop. I never really thought about using a pawn shop to get money , but I have to say it worked out great. I've always thought these types of places were sleezy but I was absolutely impressed with the level of professionalism that i received . I was in such a bind this last year due to financial trouble,.... and all I really had left was my jewelry. I was instructed by Brian,..what a sweetheart.. (the owner) what a sweetheart , NOT to sell my valuables, and to get a loan,...which was odd because I didnt know what to expect , I thought I had to part ways with my jewelry. They gave me over $6000.00 for my rolex , my husbands chain and a few odds and ends that were wasting away in my jewelry box!! Out of debt and out of trouble ,,... at least for now lol. They gave me a six month loan , but I came back and retrieved my belongings in half the time . Thank you from the bottom of my heart,... You guys are truly great more

PLEASE PEOPLE.....DO NOT TRUST JEMMA LOANS!!!! I TOOK MY JEWELRY BECAUSE I WAS IN DESPERATE NEED OF CASH AND THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY JEWELRY TWO DAYS BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE THEY ASKED ME TO COME BACK IN THREE DAYS BECAUSE THEY WERE PERFORMING AN INVENTORY AND THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME MY JEWELRY. THEY PROMISED ME THAT EVEN THOUGH MY TICKET EXPIRES IT WAS OKAY BECAUSE THEY WILL GIVE ME AN EXTENSION. WHEN I WENT BACK TO PICK UP MY JEWELRY THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES COMMITTED SUICIDE AND THAT SHE STOLE ALL THE JEWELRY!!! WHAT A POOR EXCUSE!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS HEARING!! i HAD SO MUCH BEAUTIFUL AND PRICELESS JEWELRY THERE...I CRIED FOR DAYS!! BUT I AM TAKING THESE BASTARDS TO COURT!!!! more

i took some jewelery here and didn't notice that the clerk didn't but all my jewelry on the receipt, so I called them and was told not to worry cause they but everything in a box for me, will will will bunch of crooks, I went back to get my things and was told they are responsible only for what's on the tickets they robbed me right in front of my own eyes. more

I pawned some jewelry after moving into a new place because I needed a few dollars. I missed picking up my jewelry by one day I called that day because I knew they close early on Saturday, no answer. I came in on Monday and was told my jewelry was already sent out for auction and the representative for the store told me to come back in 2 days he was going to try and get my things back. I came in after 2 days another representative for the store would not even let me see the person I originally spoke to, he said its too late my things were sold. I did not argue I just walked away heart broken. There is nothing I can do because the receipt said on the back they had the right to public auction my jewelry the day after the expiration date. Why did they give me the run around? I should have been told in the beginning I could not get my things back instead misleading me. more

This company is not a legitimate loan company, so please, please, please stay away from this company. I would not wish the pain and anguish I have experienced as a result of the actions of this company. One of the employees there, Brian Macki (Mackey?), took advantage of my naive husband. My husband brought approximately $50,000.00 worth of jewelry (including my grandma?s engagement ring) to Jemma as collateral for a loan (my husband was out of work, and we needed a loan to help us through). My husband made it clear that he intended on returning for the jewelry in two weeks. more

WELL I HAD RECENTLY PAWNED SOME FAMILY HEIRLOOMS AND WENT TO PICK UP MY JEWELRY AND TO NO AVAIL THEY(SHARON, JOHN SHAWN) TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDNT LOCATE THE TICKET. ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS I REACHED OUT TO SHARON NO RETURN CALL THAN FINALLY TODAY 1/6/2010 I SPOKE WITH JOHN WHO TOLD ME WE CANT FIND IT AND WE WILL OFFER YOU 700.00 FOR THE TICKET, THERE ISNT A PRICE FOR MY LOST.THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS GONE TO THE DOGS. THEY ARE NO LONGER TRUSTWORTHY OF ANY PAWNS. THIS IS UNTHINKABLE HOW THEY HANDLE BUSINESS. ONCE AGAIN THE OWNER SHARON DIDNT HAVE THE DECENTCY TO RETURN ANY CALLS . SOUND LIKE A LAW SUIT TO ME.
