Ive been looking around tracy to get my first tattoo and ive been looking on the internet to find what the best shop would be and you know what i found? I found out that when you go on the internet everyone trash talks the best shops and when you actually go there you see nothing byt happy customers coming out. I dont know why his is but i will be going to pins and needles for all my ink
