Went in looking for a ball dress. Prices were exceptionally steep but found something that would have worked. Left a deposit and was to return in a couple of days to have fitting done. Eventually I found something less expensive and decided not to use this dress again. Went back that Saturday and of course Sheila was not there.{made 2 attempts in one day} I left a message with the elderly lady that I did not need the dress again. Went back on Monday, to get refund of deposit and she informed me that there is a NO REFUND POLICY!!!!!!!!!!!! Where is this stated in the store. I almost lost it but kept my composure! Looked at accessories, none within my deposit range. I left and went back the day of the ball and got a purse that I still had to pay out of pocket for. Bad experience, found a dress at WEDDINGS N THINGS and was happy with the choice as well as timing the dress was here for the ball.
