my best friend was getting married and i was the maid of honor, so of course, i was helping her find her perfect wedding dress. she was from richmond, so she wasn't that familiar with the lexington bridal shops so it was my job to navigate her around town to different shops. when we got to lena's i kept saying to her ""they have so much selection, you're going to love it!"" well i was so wrong! we walked in and no one would help us. my best friend got married when she was 19 and i was 19 also, so the employees treated us like we had no business being in there! they acted like we were just two teenagers that didn't have anything better to do with our saturday except to try on wedding dresses for fun, even though my friend told them her wedding date and discusses all her plans with them (where the wedding would be, what day, etc...). none of the workers would help her try on dresses or even pull them from the racks, so i had to do all that as well. every time we tried to get some help they completely ignored us. we got so mad that we left all the dresses that my friend was trying on in the dressing room and left. i would never reccommend this place to anyone! now i'm getting married and i know where i will NOT be going to look for a dress!
