Wife called dentist for help from terrible tooth pain from 2 teeth. Prior to making appt, wife told dentist that we had insurance, and provided info. After confirming he accepted insurance, appt was made to come in at 1:00. After manipulation for x-rays, wife was now in even more pain. At 4:00 dentist asked to meet re treatment plan. He revealed list of prices. Since we had insurance, we did not believe prices would involve us other than minimal co-pay. Dentist stated insurance may pay more, and if so he would refund?? We really did not understand, but wife
