Wife called dentist for help from terrible tooth pain from 2 teeth. Prior to making appt, wife told dentist that we had insurance, and provided info. After confirming he accepted insurance, appt was made to come in at 1:00. After manipulation for x-rays, wife was now in even more pain. At 4:00 dentist asked to meet re treatment plan. He revealed list of prices. Since we had insurance, we did not believe prices would involve us other than minimal co-pay. Dentist stated insurance may pay more, and if so he would refund?? I thought the lady who booked my appointment today was very helpful and nice. Looking forward to going in ( well, as much as you can look forward to going to the dentist! ) and hoping that I find my long term dentist. more

Dr. Chiang has been taking care of my family for the last three or four years and I will say he has gone above and beyond for me and my family. He has resolved my gum issues with advanced laser treatments...something that no other dentist even bothered to recommend because no prior dentist measured my gums EVER! He has fixed my husband's fractured teeth and given him a new, healthy smile. My husband loves Dr.Chiang! He even takes the time to take photos of the tooth as he works on it to show you the cavities. My husband is also an attorney and believe me...he needs facts. It took our previous dentist three tries to get the tooth right and it only lasted less than two years! Dr. Chiang's crowns have yet to even chip- it's going on almost four years...and it only took him one time to get it right. more

This office seemed to be professional and friendly but they will try to sale you unecessary products and treatment plans. I would not trust this office. Pros: clean office, good location Cons: beware of sales pitch more

While searching for a new dentist after my previous one retired, I had quite a few bad experiences that kept me out of the office for a very long time. Armed with new insurance, I decided it was time to resume the search, with two very important criteria: New Dentist must not be retiring soon, and, most important, New Dentist must be straightforward and fair in fully disclosing payment options and bills. I found a perfect match in Dr. Chiang and his helpful staff. Dr. Chiang took time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly answered all my questions, and I was very impressed by his attention to detail in discussing different treatments and why they were recommended. He not only focused on fixing problems; he also emphasized preventative care and best practices for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. Not once did I get the impression that Dr. Chiang was trying to upsell unnecessary, expensive treatments, or withhold information. He is very clear in explaining what is and is not covered by insurance. The office is very modern, utilizing the latest technology (a computer and flat screen TV at each station) and organized in a bright, open space. This is not your typical sterile, claustrophobic medical office! The mood is relaxed and welcoming. If you are in need of a highly skilled, honest dentist, give the office of Dr. Chiang a call. Dr. Chiang has been my dentist for a few years now and he is terrific! I had a crown put in a long time ago and it fell out recently due to shoddy work by my previous dentist. I was terrified that replacing it would be painful, but knew that I would be in great hands with Dr. Chiang. The procedure was not painful at all and Dr. Chiang made sure I never felt any discomfort. I hate going to the dentist..more than anything in the world. I have been needing to go to the dentist for a long time, and finally decided to gather up courage and go. As soon as I called to make an appointment I had a great feeling. The woman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. I went to my appointment (palms sweating) and was warmly welcomed by that same woman whose voice I remembered from my previous call. I met Dr. Chiang and I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair. He was very caring and understood my immense fear of the dentist and did a wonderful job of making me feel at home. He definitely knows what he is doing. He explained everything and was very patient with all of my questions. He is personable, smart, and kind, and most of all..GENTLE! I look forward to my future appointments with him! The dental hygienist only works 2 days a week but I had the pleasure of being her patient. The entire staff is amazing!!! There aren't enough nice words for the people at this office! Needless to say..I am no longer scared to go to the dentist! Thank you guys! Pros: EVERYTHING! Cons: There are absolutely NO cons! more

Dr. Chiang is the best dentist I have ever had. After years of bad dentists, and even some that I thought were very good, only this man stands above the rest. He holds a unique philosophy of preventative dentistry and wants his clients to understand the full benefits of the methods involved. You will also see proof that he invests in superior technological advancements, such as electronic x-rays. I had never heard of such a thing, but it allows the patient to see high-resolution results of an x-ray in mere seconds on the LCD screen. He may also take pictures of all your teeth using a special oral digital camera. Now I call that attention to detail! He also has an amazingly well-balanced personality with interests in varying fields. You might even learn something new just by chatting with him in between your cleanings. more

Finally! A dentist who is compassionate, educational, and efficient. I have had horrible experiences with my long crown appointments in the past. Pain the next day, long delivery time...I have had it all. Dr. Chiang makes you forget those dentists you hate as a young adult. My crowns were painless and cemented in hardly anytime at all. I didn't even feel the numbing shot and I have jumped out of a few dental chairs in my day. This guy even takes xrays of your crown after it's cemented- by far the most thorough dentist I have ever encountered! No yellowish colors or gray lines around my gums- my crowns look EXACTLY like my other teeth. I don't know where he got his education, but all I know is if every dentist received the same training as Dr. Chiang- the world would definitely be a safer and better place. Fellow dental phobics, you will not be disappointed in this guy. He knows what he is doing and I am going to him for life. Pros: GENTLE, GENTLE, GENTLE!!!!!!!!!! Loved this dentist. Dr. Chiang was very informative and took his time. Didn't make me feel like he was rushing off like some of my other dentists. Very clean office nice place. Highly recommended. Pros: Beautiful office Cons: Parking, but the doctor validates! more
