Review content:
I don't live in Pasadena, but while in business, I was in the area the arquitecture and decor of the cozy restaurant grabbed my attention. After taking a look at the menu, I chose to have the prongs and their seasonal soup. I must say, I was quite impressed with their delicious food, but you should've seen the way the soup was served. It was a pumpkin soup and it was served in a cute little pumpkin. the outside of the pumpkin was seasoned with some type of butter and salt, and the plate where the soup was served was sprinkled with garlic (i believe?) roasted pumpkin seeds which were also placed on top of the soup. The soup itself was incredibly delicious, and the roasted pumpkin seeds gave it the perfect taste. It was such a delicious experience! the shimp was also very tasty and decorated in such a way that you want to eat more. The service was that of a 5 star restaurant and my tab was much lower than I've paid for a less memorable dining experience. I highly recommend Green Street Tavern; for their food, their service and their artisitic decor. It all makes it an unforgettable dining experience. But don't take my word for it, go check it out for yourself. I came for lunch and next time, I'll be there for dinner.
Pros: Delicious Food. Gorgeous decor
Cons: No parking, but free city parking around the corner
