I can only speak for myself but every time I've been here it's been great, nothing bad to say at all... I have long hair so it's kinda hard to screw up but the service has always been good. I love that they use bumble and bumble and I like the atmosphere. The girl I had today was Alli, she was super nice and not fake. I tried to book Joseph since the reviews but he was full and I'm totally happy that I got Alli, Joseph was right next to us and everyone seemed pleased with him as well. Also, with something like a salon you should always remember if it's one so-so haircut, don't let it negatively reflect the whole salon!
