Review content:
The onsite service was good, friendly reps, but not overly pushy. The delivery was my bad experience. When the time of delivery was discussed I told them when I would be unavailable. They proceeded to try to deliver when I was at work. I asked them to set up a time when I could be there, they proceeded two more times to deliver when I was not able to receive my sofa, they would not notate it therefore sending out thier delivery crew 3 times when they knew I would not be home to recieve it. Finally on the 4th attempt I got my new sofa. It is good quality and I now enjoy it but it was a bad exp. with them and unless I can have someone pick it up for me I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future.
