Review content:
The complex is really beautiful and seems very family friendly when you tour the complex but this is not the case. The buildings are old and rickety so whenever someone in the building happens to close their front door, the entire building shakes rattling windows and shaking your entire apartment. The same goes for shutting your sliding glass door lightly. The sliding glass doors make so much noise when closing them that you can hear the third floor tenant doing so from first floor apartments. Other tenants are extremely rude and keep their music up rather loud past quiet hours causing others to notify the police because the complex does absolutely nothing when they are notified. If you happen to get a unit by the pool, don't be too excited! Teenagers and young adults engage in rowdy functions at the pool/spa late into the night providing surrounding units with far too much noise to sleep through. If you happen to end up in a 2nd or 3rd floor apartment and are a parent, the tenant below will complain so much about the noise that your child seems to ""make"" that you will begin receiving written warnings on a daily basis. Eventually these written notifications will turn into an eviction. During the limited time you spend in your unit, the tenant below you will most likely bang on their ceiling unnecessarily at all hours of the day/night for the noise you are definitely not making in your unit. The showers and toilets are obnoxiously loud from above units so that you can hear when your neighbors shower and your neighbors can hear you as well. This will likely cause neighboring tenants above or below you to bang on the pipes while you shower for work. The complaints the tenant below you make regarding your necessity for hygiene prior to work will surely cause an eviction. The water also seems to smell badly for the first 5 minutes it is running so nose plugs will be a necessity each morning to hide the smell of the water.
This complex seems to allow psychotic residents to move in rather frequently. There are far too many druggies living here who seem to go psycho on neighboring residents at the drop of a pin. These tenants can frequently be heard screaming obscenities at the top of their lungs towards the pool area when small children are enjoying the pool. These tenants can also frequently be heard slamming doors in their apartments and banging on whatever walls and ceilings they can find to bang on in their apartments causing their surrounding neighbors a migraine.
To top everything off, the property manager in unnecessarily cold and rude. She seems to take sides with former tenants and discriminate against people of certain races. If you yourself have received complaints from other tenants and done nothing to complain about what these said tenants do to cause you a headache you will surely be written up and the property manager will listen to your complaints but not act on those complaints at all because she has already sided with the other tenant whose complaints began before your own. I believe that this is in part because she discriminates against people of certain races (I will not say what races, but please be forewarned!) If the property manager has already selected sides with another tenant in any dispute you will surely receive a notice on your door notifying you that she is taking you to court to file for eviction. She is a heartless Nazi who will get her way no matter what and not care for the abuse her tenants put up with from their surrounding neighbors. She deserves to lose her position because she so carelessly handles resident situations.
