This is the worst place ever!! The management team has absolutely NO RESPECT for the tenants in general. They are NOT professional, they abuse the power, take advantage of their tenants. When I moved in about 1 year ago, I assumed the previous tenant's lease. At the time they did not allow me to contact the gas company to put the bill into my name, in result, they transferred the previous tenant's bill into my name, and that bill was 4 months past due, and the result was, they forced me to pay somebody else's bill. My rent was paid and they still sent me a 3 day notice when I was not even late. They don't take care of the units, the cabinets smell extremely bad, carpet is dirty and they don't clean it. When I moved in, I was promised a carpet replacement that never happened, plumbing is defective (about once per month, they shut the water for the entire day), there's mold, lack of cleaning and maintanance. In one year that I have been here, I have had my personal property stolen 3 times; bicycle assessories, then my entire bicycle together with the baby seat and baby helmet (they broke thru 3 chains), and then my car wheels cover cap. The leasing office is really abusive. Be careful if you are considering to move here, IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!! more

THE MANAGER HERE AT CASA DEL SOL IS RUDE AND SHOULD BE FIRED. THIS BUILDING WAS BUILT 40 YEARS AGO. THE WALLS, FLOORS, WINDOWS SHAKE WHEN YOU SHUT THE DOOR. AND YOU CAN HERE YOUR NEIGHBORS TALKING OR YELLING NEXT DOOR. THE WALLS AND FLOORS ARE VERY THIN. THE PLUMBING IS THE WORST. THEY WONT FIX IT. LOOOTS OF YOUNG PEOPLE DRINKING AND PARTYING AT THE POOL AND THE JACUZZI. POLICE HERE EVERYDAY. PARKING IS THE WORST. MANAGEMENT WILL THREATEN YOU BY TELLING YOU THEY WILL EVICT YOU, IF YOU COMPLAIN. VERY RUDE AFTER YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE, PAINT IS POISON, KIDS ARE NOT SAFE HERE. PARKING IS REAL BAD. NEIGHBORS ARE VERY WEIRD. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...
