If I could rate this lower I would - 1 star is generous. Time Centre apartments are without a doubt the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of living. There is dog crap everywhere you walk outside, party's thrown until 3 AM every other week, domestic disputes, illegal fireworks being shot off, homeless people going through dumpsters, poor lighting making it unsafe to go out after dark, the lake is disgusting and stinks, there are wasps and bees everywhere, pine trees drip sap all over your car, etc. Do not move here.
