I lived in a roommate style apartment for a year. Everything was ok with the apartment. There were a few bad experiences and a few awful. The bad experiences were trying to get our air conditioning fixed for a few weeks and the maintenance request we put in and had to wait over 2 months for them to fix it. The awful experience did not come until we moved out. They will tell you that they will send you your deposit refund within 30 days. After 40 days I called and left a message asking for a call back. Instead, I got my check in the mail 2 days later. I called and left another message, and still heard nothing back. I finally called the complex and left a message. 2 days later I got a call back and was told that this was just because someone within their company was sick. It seems to me that they were not sending the refund til I called. Also beware of them charging for things not on the price list on move out. more

Horrible 9/3/2011

If I could rate this lower I would - 1 star is generous. Time Centre apartments are without a doubt the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of living. There is dog crap everywhere you walk outside, party's thrown until 3 AM every other week, domestic disputes, illegal fireworks being shot off, homeless people going through dumpsters, poor lighting making it unsafe to go out after dark, the lake is disgusting and stinks, there are wasps and bees everywhere, pine trees drip sap all over your car, etc. Do not move here. more
