Review content:
Waited over an hour for food that should have taken 5 minutes to make, and 5 minutes of thought must have gone in to this place, because its a joke. Staff seemed to walk around as if they were zombies, I don't blame them as I saw numerous people sending their dishes back, asking why dishes were missing things or stone cold.
We started with the cheese plate which was worse than velveeta, nearing decomposition and mold. We each got a dinner entree, the salmon and a steak. The salmon tasted dry and acidic, as if it was frozen for months, or from a tin of cat food. The steak was so fatty it was unedible. I'm not usually picky, and this is backed up that every other table I looked at seemed unhappy. Our server did everything he could to make up for a disgusting food array and poor management. I don't know who this place is trying to fool, but their entrees suggest a kitchen willing to amaze you, but you leave feeling like a politician just took your money and went on a mental vacation with it.
