Roper's Baby Back and St.Louis style ribs are seasoned and smoked like none other in the nation. Pricing is inexpensive, while the quality couldn't be any better. Roper's fried Jumbo shrimp is just as high quality as the ribs themselves! The RIB N' SHRIMP COMBO is an absolute must purchase; it's the best combination in St.Louis.
Pros: The Ropers are hardworking people that do a lot for St.Louis, the food is cooked with extreme preparation, best BBQ sauce in St.Louis
Cons: Small dine-in space, but is the best take-out joint in St.Louis.
